I was told by a fellow rider that it is illegal to ride without a front fender on your bike. Is this true?

 

I'm sure it would depend on your local traffic laws, but I've never heard of it before.

 

It is here, I didn't care about that part when I took mine off, then after a rain I put it back on. [8D]

 

It is OK in California.

 

I took mine off and I've never had a problem with the police....but i do have problems with the rain!!!!!&nbsp\\; I am in NY..

 

I just like the fact that I don't have rocks flying up at my face all the time!

 

Never heard that one before.

 

I didn't think about it when I took mine off but it went back on after the first rain.&nbsp\\; I could deal with the water on the road.&nbsp\\; It was the mud that hit me in the face while I rode up the mile long dirt driveway at work.
