Hmmm.&nbsp\\;\\\\\\; I haven't found any highway pegs for an '07 (XL1200C) that do not need a engine guard.&nbsp\\;\\\\\\; If you are aware of any, please post some links.&nbsp\\;\\\\\\; Thanks.

Their list in the 2008 big accessories book on page 144 under Sportster. Their a little steep in price! Part number is 49053-04 it won't come up on HD'ds web site but they list for (sit down now) $177.95 and thats not including footpeg.

Jayhawk,
&nbsp\\;&nbsp\\;&nbsp\\;&nbsp\\;&nbsp\\;&nbsp\\;&n bsp\\;&nbsp\\;&nbsp\\;&nbsp\\;&nbsp\\;&nbsp\\; I did find these for an 07,,and if they work on an 08 I'd gladly buy them,,seemed to be a good price as well.

Kuryakyn has some cool solutions that don't all required putting hiway bars on your bike. Check out this link:

The above highway pegs bolt right to the frame not highway bars (see race41 post)

Thanks.&nbsp\\; Unfortunately if I read the big book correctly it won't fit on a Custom model, presumably because of the forward controls.&nbsp\\; [:@]

Thanks. (Ditto to Vincent.)&nbsp\\; The "\\\\\\;" made the link difficult.&nbsp\\; I wasn't sure if it was HD Forums or the hosting web site.&nbsp\\; [&:]&nbsp\\; I'll look into those mounts.&nbsp\\; I used to rest my feet on the forward controls, but I installed a Sundowner seat and now I slide too forward.
