the sundowner on our nightster does nothing but push me forward, the bike has 1300 miles, I've put 400 more on it. I don't see it getter any better.

 

Just joined so apologies if this is in wrong place. Anyone know if there is a seat with a driver backrest for the 2003 Sportsters 1200C anniversary? Found some for the 2004 but not sure if that would fit 2003.

I just replaced my Mustang Day Tripper with the HD Sun Downer BEST seat I've ever had! Better than my Corbin on my Softail or my stock HD seat with a gel pad inserted in it

 

The girlfriend just LOVES the sundowner........super comfy. As mentioned, I keep sliding forward on it, annoying and uncomfortable. If I would stop sliding forward it would be a good seat. And just to be clear, it doesnt make you sit more forward, you get on, sit in your normal position, then the slightest deceleration you slide forward. Its as if the seat is at a downward incline towards the tank, but I looked...................its not.

 

Currently looking for a seat and came across this thread. Heard all the hype about the sundowner and all I can say is UGLY. I'm pretty sold on the C&C Squareback in leather.
