i have a mustang vintage with pillion (non wide version) and both me and my wife think it's 100X more comfortable than stock.

takes about a thousand miles for the rider seat to get really comfortable, but my wife said the pillion was like night and day right from the start.

If you like the color of the seat, just have it reworked into something comfortable. These guys have their own part of this forum, just start a new post and ask'em if they can work on your seat.

I have a Sundowner also (not in my sig picture). \\; It's a great seat if you have forward controls. \\; Those with mids find it frustrating and uncomfortable.
Wife and I will be taking it on a 10-hour round-trip next month.
I'm thinking of getting a removable gel or sheepskin pad to put over the seat for longer trips.
