servicing woops
lesson learned... was getting close to the 1000 mile service mark and still hadn't received my service manual so went ahead and changed the oil. service manual came in today and danget the clutch has to be adjusted with the oil drained :/ oh well still cheaper to drain the case and do it myself. oh says to replace the gasket for the clutch cover, anyone have experience that can say its really necessary? I would guess it depends if its the paper or o-ring type

When I change the primary oil I drain it and refill it through the inspection plate, no new derby cover gasket needed. You will need to pull the derby cover to adjust the clutch.
Keep in mind if anything odd comes out in the fluid you may want to pull the derby cover and inspect inside even on a fluid change.
