Is this a comment or a question, I'm confused. He's not asking a question, but there's a question mark. How do I respond to this?

Yes, I have a suggestion. \\; When you're passing the photo radar things....reach back and cover it with your middle finger.  \\;
Doing so may require chopping your fender or side mounting it, so that it's more accessible.
Hope this helps.

RE: license plate
Take off the stock bracket. Separate the back support piece (the piece that bolted to the middle hole) and throw it in the garbage.
Mount the bracket back on the fender and hit it several times with a large, heavy hammer until it's bent down onto the fender.

RE: license plate
Remove existing bracket. Using the actual license mount part, cut the bottom off. Tweek the shape on a telephone pole to give it a radius. Drill three holes to match fender holes. Insert rubber electrical grommets in holes to protect fender and give it a little stand off. Get a ten dollar plate frame and give it a radius. Giant acorn nuts optional. Mount it up.
