Nightster seat mod
Hello,
I have an 08 Nightster. As most of you know, the seat leaves much to be desired. I was thinking about taking it off and apart and adding some padding or, changing the foam all together.
Have any of you tried or accomplished this?
Thank you
E

I took the vinyl off the stock seat, shaved the foam back 2", and re-upholstered it in leather. WAYYY more comfortable!

Thank you Snidermire and Certainteed. Covering the seat with leather would be a great idea. Leather as it breaks in, feels more comfortable over time.
Snidermire do you have any pics of your seat?
Thanks
E

Not a nightster, but...
I pulled the cover off my stock seat and trimmed foam out of it. I made it fit my butt better and the results were great.
