Default Which naked sports bike would you pick?

Based on the comparison between the XR1200 and the Ducati Monster 1100S (read more about the two here), what naked sports bike do you think is the better purchase? Is the Ducati Monster's extra power and less weight worth the cost, or does the XR1200 provide more bang for the buck?

If I really wanted a sport bike I would definately pick the Ducati over the XR1200. Just my opinion but the XR1200 is not a sport bike. Not a big fan of it.

I love the Ducati Monster. They look tough and have a great rumble, that's probaby going to be my next addition to the stable.

In the $13k range I'd take the BMW K1200R over the Monster. If I was limited to something the same price as the XR1200 I'd go for the Speed Triple

I agree JRK the Tuono is sick. If I had to pick between the two listed it would be the Ducati hands down. The ohlins suspension is way better, the bike is lighter and more powerful. What else could do you want??

Ducatis are nice bikes, but not my cup of tea. Very costly when it comes to repair, and even maintainence.

I really like the Suzuki SV650, or the Suzuki Bandit GSF1200.
