Default chopped up cam cover

well i have had the itch to chop lately so i decided to chop the cam cover today. have to go buy an adapter for a torque wrench tomarrow or else it would be on. i have a lot of plans this winter like suicide shift some white walls and im going to build some sick floorboards. got some sick z bars coming too. anyways here are some pics of my progress. let me know what yall think!

starting out. took off the controls and exhaust off to make it easier.

i rednecked the TDC

used some cardboard to keep track of the bolts. new gasket(super cheap 5 bucks at the dealer crazy huh!)

slowly tapping and pulling making sure im not pulling the cams out

success!:clap
[/

took a good chunk out of the finger getting an oil line to cooperate.:doh

covered up the back to keep most metal shavings away!!!

got the cam cover marked ready to cut.:smoke

got her in two pieces!

shes done being grinded and smoothed and has some primer on her!

damn flash makes the paint look weird. high heat low gloss black.

i will have more pics tomarrow when i install and get the bike back together!thought i would share.
