Default Sportster transformation into a Springer Bobber

This is my 2nd build of a Sportster into a springer..

This is a 1994 1200 with only 4700 original miles. It was pamperd and still looks new all over

I went with a 4" under springer this time (I did a 2" under last time) and 4 inch risers - black powdercoated

Some features I'd like to highlight:

-Black powdercoated TUBE-LESS rims with thick 80 spoke stainless steel spokes (no rust or corrosion to ever worry about)

- real "old school" braded cables.....no plastic covering except where the cable might meet any part of the bike..

- Custom made composite "slammed" rear fender

- lowered 3.5 inches - Progressive Rear shocks

-Performance machine rear brake

- S & S Carb

- Tank custom painted with 5 coats of clear coat

- "Blue Dot" old school headlight

- Pingle petcock

- completely re-wired to include internally wired handlebars

- Screamin Eagle ignition, coil, wires & plugs

I literally finished it at 10 am yesterday Jan 12th...

Here is the YouTube video I shot yesterday..

Thanks

It's a DNA, you can get em off ebay for like 350 bucks.

No offense Wesco, but...I think the styles you're mixing there clash a bit much to be honest.

EDIT:

And from the looks of it...that bike started out as an 883, or was rebuilt with new jugs and heads....I've never seen an original 1200 with mismatched color on the jugs/heads when compared to the cases.

Very & clean. Good work. I'd be interested in the tubeless spoked wheels.

I think a bobber should look a little mismatched myself.
I like it

I have a factory 96 1200XLC and my jugs and case do not match.
