Another company that does the whole setup is Burly. They make kits for every cable and wiring setup. Their kits are all inclusive, brake, clutch and wire extensions.

This is exactly the kind of post I was looking for. Thank you for the clear instructions on exactly how to route things, and save me some cash, you rock!! I don't want to buy an entire kit if I don't need it, I have better ways to spend money.
