Default i think i got a lemon

i have a 08 nightster with 3,000 miles now in two months time the swingarm bolt as came the speedo quit working and now my forks are blown out and i havent been hard on the front end at all

Yikes is it still under warrenty? this is the second time I've heard about the swingarm bolt

Just bad luck I guess, I am wondering if they build the Nightsters at night, working in the dark.

yea its under warranty for another year still but i dont think they will cover the forks it seems like its messing up more then i get to ride it now

well that is some bad advice


as far as yr problem, you should deffinetly write HD, not your local dealer and tell them yr issue and the story behide yr scoot...example: is it yr first HD, how excited and now disapointed you are, how much you want to be a HD ridder forever but not sure now with this mess....stuff like that, they might suprise you

why was it bad advice? Just an opinion on what course of action he should take.
