I'll let ya know. Only thing I MIGHT want to do is post for a few days looking to trade it for the older unit, but we'll see. Not sure how much interest there would be in that, and I haven't seen many of the 15-002 units in the classifieds. It's lookin like I'll be without for a while, or out $300 for one.
ETA: FM still tells me that this one will work, so I'll give it a shot and update later.

Apparently the 15-002 and 15-010 are the "same", only the -002 just plugs inline with the stock ECU because it was mounted under the seat. In 2010 H-D moved the ECU down behind the cylinder for some nutty reason, so the -010 just taps into each of the areas it's needed. Since I have an 08, I'd much prefer the easier / cleaner install of the -002, which should have half the wiring running around the frame, and half the distance for each signal to travel, but the up side is it should be easier to resell down the road and should keep it's value a little better, but with the new products like Power Vision, that may be a moot point. I've spent so much money tuning my trucks, that I just couldn't bring myself to buck up for the same on my nearly stock bike. Simple intake and exhaust bolt-ons don't make me want to part with my money that badly.

Mine rides on top of the battery and I hardly had enough slack to make the knock sensor (?) connection. Only thing I'm worried about is the unit riding too hard on the inside top of the side cover. The corner has already flattened out from idling on the jiffy stand to calibrate the TPS and test function. I even cut a notch in the plastic to make a spot for it. I can take pics if needed.

Sorry man, I took your pic about an hour before I got your PM last night and when I went to upload it, I found that my SD card had died. Let me know if you still need it. Hope the new tray works out for you. In my case there's no way it would have reached unless I put it exactly where it is.
