Default Turn signals on the Handlebars or Forks? Whats your opinion?

What do you guys think looks better? Turn signals on the handlebars or the front forks?

I relocated my turn signals to the forks and I'm unsure if I like it. I was planning on putting drag bars on so the relocation was done to avoid the signals hitting the tank. I have since changed my mind on the drag bars and just cant decide if I'm going to leave the siganls in the current location.

I used the HD ones and they stick out rather far as most of you I'm sure have seen.

The problem I am have with moving them back is the fact that I shortened the wires. I would have to find some turn signal wire and lengthen them back to the original location. Of course I could always get the shorter mounts from J&P.

So I pose this question to you (see poll above), what looks best in your opinion?

One of the first mods I did was to move them down with the HD relocation kit...then I installed the Kuryakyn LED turns.

My train comes stock on the forks and I must say I prefer it.

On the lower triple tree.

I was also installing a drag bar and did it to avoid hitting the tank with my turn signals. I changed mine back to stock because I did not like the long cables, and did not feel like replacing them since they were like new at the time.

I am now ready to install new SS cables over the winter, since that is when I do most of my work to avoid the winter blues, and will put the drag bar back on.

The HD front location kit is too long for my liking ... makes the turn signals stick out too far. I use a shorter version ... closer to the headlight.

Instead of cutting and splicing any wires I just wrapped mine and secured with a zip tie. Then I just hid the extra length of wire under the tank, so I could always change it back to stock if need be, and the wires would be in original condition.

I moved mine down with the J&P kit. It looks much cleaner. I agree that the HD kit sticks out way too far. I also changed the blinkers to some maltese cross LED's
DAMN... I wish I would have thought of SPOILSPORTS idea!

Was handlebars for me, looked much cleaner because you could barely see them when they were off. They also fit with 27" drag bars

Bought the relocation kit from JP and mounted them on the upper triple tree. I like the way it unclutters the handle bars. I decided to keep the stock bars as my short arms would have me leaning too far over with drag bars.

Just moved mine down yesterday. Installed drag bars last week, spent a week with them on the handlebars, i haaatteeed it. Looked like froggy eyes popping up. Much prefer them on the forks.
