I wear a full face as I came from a crotch rocket to my sportster. It's an HJC AC-12 Carbon. It is Snell and DOT approved and very light...but it has windnoise....click link for a pic!
I saw mine earlier in the thread... The Bell Drifter. It's a nice helmet but on the highway it catches the wind and bobble's my head like a stadium giftshop toy.
When I'm feeling a bit more "froggy" I wear my Lime green Biltwell helmet. It's non DOT but fits like a glove, has great acoustics and at speed is a dream. I can comfortably go up to 90mph vs the 70mph threshold of the Drifter.
Outer shell is real leather, removable ear pads for cold weather, plus... I just like the look of it.
I have one of these as well, it looks OK and it has a special "anti-comfort" lining. Feels like a wooden hat. I have an XL I believe and I would probably let it go for 50 bucks plus shipping
