Default Primary Drive oil
I have a 1200 Sportster, Can someone please advise me as to the best oil to use in my Primary drive other than HD Oil. I live miles away from the nearest HD garage. Also I have no fill level plug. do I just fill it untill it over flows from the filler?

I used amsoil in mine. It seemed to quiet things down a bit. Whatever you decide to use, your bike should hold exactly one quart.

Amsoil is what I have heard to use also.And like he said it should hold one quart.
