I think you can only mount the licks solo bag on the left side. The drive belt and exhaust don't allow a suitable mount for the right side. Those things are expensive, but have to be one of the greatest looking bags for the Sportsters.

Throwovers from a place called REnegade Classics here in San Antonio. (210) 521-8900....They work just fine for me, good luck.

La Rosa makes a similar (same?) bag as the one from licks https://www.larosadesign.us/index.php?cPath=8_13 but lists for $120 for the plain or $160 for the fancied up ones (cross stitching or riveted). You can get them for about $10 less at Choppercycle.

A buddy of mine has one on his 1200N and loves it. He has had it over a year and says it holds up well and is even fairly watertight in the rain.

He did say that they can be a pain to put install (true of both) due to the small spaces your hands need to fit into in order to buckle the straps. He told me that with a lift and the right tools to reach into the small spaces he installed it in less than 5 minutes. Without those it took him 15.

They are made to fit the right hand of the bike but I have seen pictures on another forum of someone who did mount one on each side.

Licks does make a right side bag, with the same options as the left. It is a special request and you have to call to order, it does not cost anymore than the left and will fit as long as your not running a high exhaust.

notcho, i like the throwover bags you've got. I tried looking them up online through the Renegade Classics site in San Antonio but couldn't find them. Do you have any other info like the brand name or model?
thanks,
Jim
