Default shock bolt torque

I did a search and came out "0" so here goes. I need the torque specs for the top rear shock bolts on a 2003 1200C. Thanks in advance.

45-50 ft. lbs. (happens to be the same for upper and lower).
Don't forget the blue LocTite...

Not to hijack the thread, but could someone tell me what the upper shock bolt part number is? I appreciate it much.
