I have a solo seat on now and I am planning on riding solo 98% of the time.

I am going to bob the fender at least above the holes from the stock license plate mount. I think for now I'll just leave my fender struts alone, as I don't like the idea of chopping up my frame, and I'll just cut the fender low so that I can keep the struts.

Hey all,
sorry to hijack this thread a bit but I recently bought a 2007 nightster and the rear fender strut was cut so that there is the spot where the shock hooks on and one other bolt. Is that still strong enough to go two up on?

Hi,

You will not be able to go 2 up with the struts cut that short. Sorry!
