Default Blood Red Gaskets? Permatex?

Anyone know for sure what's leaking here? It's on my air cleaner cover and front tire as well. Looks like melted gasket sealant of some sort but I'm not sure.
Thanks.

Red is a new one to me. Has the motor been apart? Still under warranty?

Do you have a K&N filter? Maybe excess oil dripping from that???

It doesn't look like blood in real life. I do have K&N filter on there. Why would it be red if oil were leaking?

Because the oil used to "charge" the filter is that exact color. If too much is put on it could drip. I'm not talking about engine oil.

I'm sorry. I'm not getting you. If not engine oil, what oil are you talking about? Were you asking me about a K&N air filter or oil filter? I have K&N oil and an SE air. What gets "charged" and what is red?
