Default My Experience with Jafrum.com

I wanted to share an interesting experience that I had with Jafrum.com. On 13 MAY 2010, I ordered a textile jacket from Jafrum.com. After 10 days, I still had not received the order. I contacted Jafrum's customer support on 24 MAY 2010 inquiring as to the whereabouts of my order. I was told on 25 MAY 2010 that my order would be shipping out that day. I still have not received it a week later. I decided to email Jafrum's customer support again today. The customer support representative told that my order would be shipping out today, 2 JUNE 2010.

How the heck can that be possible, I asked myself? They told me it had shipped on the 25th. I decided to ask for a tracking number. See the email below for the full scoop. Jafrum flat out refused to help me track down my order and blatantly lied to me. I spent $134 on this damn jacket and neither of us has any idea where it is, it would seem.

I have placed several orders with Jafrum before and they all worked out pretty well. This is the last time I will ever buy anything from them.

sorry, thats really bad service...

sounds like its coming from offshore- so they outsourced their customer service to india? !!

i had ordered from them in the past- i will take your experience and will support you. i wont order from them again either.

Easy fix. cancel the order, and buy from someone else.

Hm. I got a helmet from them once, all was fine. probably wont order from them again though. Thanks for sharing.

Has your CC been debited yet? If so call the card company and dispute the order stating the reason. If not cancel the order and call the CC company to let them know the circumstances so it doesn't get charged later.

I had something like that happen once. It was with American Classic motors. Some guy ended up calling me to tell me the item was on back order and he would cancel the order or i could wait it out. To bad all vendors couldn't be so up front about their screw ups.

ya that sux, i for one just added them to the do not buy list, i would dispute it with your card company, of call the police dept in there town and file a report for theft. that is what they did and it is a crime, further more if you paid by money order or with a check through the mail its federal.

Never dealt with them... only Motorcycle Superstore and LeatherUp.com... they've both been great.

i use paypal and i'd dispute the SOBs and get a refund immediately cuz you got a limited time to dispute.
I ordered a leather face rag from em n got one for a tiny skull with cheap velcro (they barely grip) attachments instead of a leather tie straps like i thought i was getting.
i haven't made a 2nd order and most likely never will.

They already charged my card weeks ago and I used a Visa debit, so I might as well have paid cash. Lesson learned there, though I have not had any issues with other reputable online retailers.
