Default steel braided clutch cable

Does anybody know a link for instructions on changing the clutch cable. I changed my bars to drag bars and have excess clutch cable sticking out. I am looking at switching to steel braided anyway, but want to see if it's an easy, straight forward job first.

I have a 2003 1200xlh.

Default RE: steel braided clutch cable

Don't know of a link to do this but I know if you search these boards, you will find a compliation of several instructions on adjusting and tightening the clutch cable. I found all the info I needed on here a few months ago. Also bought myself the Clymer manual which had this info it as well. Basically, the replacement to steel braided is very easy but you will still need to do the standards adjustments. I did it and it's not that bad but it does take time to get the cable adjusted perfectly. Good luck.
