Default Mikuni 42 HSR Easy Kit

I have just bought a Mikuni 42 HSR Easy Kit for my 1200S.

At present I have a SE air cleaner and SEII slash cut mufflers fitted.

On speaking to the technical department at Mikuni, they say that it should just fit straight on out of the box with no re-jetting. As this is set up for the US market ( bought it new from the US, I live in the UK) has anyone found that the out of the box set up needs changing?
Does petrol quality come into the equasion? I use 97 RON which is about equivalent to your 92.

Sorry for all the questions, but any feedback would be appreciated.

I put a 42 Smoothbore on my 98 XL1200 and it fit right on out of the box. I have SE exhaust, Hypercharger air cleaner. The 42 Mikuni is awsome, I love it! I use 92 octane petro.
