i will try to get the gas filter off and clean it . maybe that what is happening, it might clogged and don`t let anoph gas to go through . and will see

 

Check for corrosion and crud in your ignition switch contacts, both the switch itself and the wire harness connector.

I have a new 2016 Nightrod special with low milage about 700 miles. I am having the same issue with the engine shutting which happened about three times so far, Its happening as i slowdown by the time i come to the next signal and i had to click on the start button to restart. Last night which is the most recent, i almost got bumped by a car from behind. Thank god for the Bicycle lane i was able to avoid getting bumped.

Any thoughts or feed back ?

If it's still under warranty, take it back to the dealership. You paid too much good money for a bike that doesn't run properly.

Happened to me in Laughlin bike rally.
$6.99 at auto zone.
Changed it, problem solved.

 

Ahhh, mine did the same thing one time. Wouldn't start when leaving the bank. The question is, why??????
I don't know what happened to my last post on this just the other day, but I found pinched wires in the twist throttle housing after separating them!!
