Dyno for my 48--I'm pleased!
I will post the dyno chart, but am pleased with the 76 rwhp and 74 lb-ft tq from my dyno tuning.
Thanks to Randall at Bumpus HD in Collierville TN for giving smooth torque throughout the low/mid rpm range and a nice hp curve. That means nothing until you see it, but the bike runs like I want a light V-twin sportster to run--like a champ! Both of my Harleys were dynoed with SERT and SEST to good result (my Street Glide dyno run is posted on the touring site).
The V&H Short Shots not only look good on my ride, but did not hurt performance for what I wanted--dual shorty pipes, great sound, and good low/midrange torque with a good high end hp rush.
Minimal mods:

Minimal mods:
- SE Super Tuner, not the Street Tuner (the AFR ratios are not lean, optimized fueling after tuning and calibration for the pipes on my bike). It cost in dyno tuning, but I wanted to have things set up right for the pipes/air cleaner that I run.
- Black Vance & Hines Short Shots. I'm sure that a 2 into 1 could have done better, but I am happy since the bike has good low/mid range and has high end hp if needed. I conclude that the short shots are just fine for this motor.
- Stage 1 Screamin' Eagle air cleaner and ham can cover. Cheapest setup and plenty of air for this motor.
- Orange Screamin Eagle wires just to highlight the orange tank script on my black bike.
- Stainless steel front/rear brake lines. Don't like rubber brake lines for appearance or feel.
- Nostalgic grips, the barrel shaped rubber grips that fit the retro look/feel of a Sporty to me.
