Default specs on sportster handlebars

I want to order new handlebars for my 1999 1200 Custom but H-D doesn't offer specs (tip to tip, pull back, and rise) as to some of their offerings. Does anyone know the specs on the 55840-04 or 56164-96 handlebars?

Without specs, or carrying a representative sample of handlebars in stock, it's tough deciding what will "Fit". A photo in the H-D catalog, without dimensions, is useless.

I think the 99 customs had stock risers, right? My 06 did. Any 1" diameter bar should fit fine. Just choose your style. Drag bars might make your turn signals hit the gas tank, depending on what size tank you got. Possibilities are ENDLESS.

Although it doesn't go back to 1999, here is a website that has 2002 and up stock handlebar dimensions. Im sure your '99 uses one of those bends.
