Does anyone know if the RDS Tracker Exhaust will fit a 2011 48?
it says up to 2010 Sportsters.
also, is the passenger pegs in the way?
will it get too hot for the legs?

Yes, the V&H RSD Tracker will fit your 2011. I have a 2011 Forty-Eight, and had the same question when buying my exhaust (2010 pipes fit the 2011).

I went with the black V&H Short Shots because I prefer the 2-2 look/sound and wasn't willing to pay the extortion rate for the RSD--ouch!!

RSD is a good looking 2-1 exhaust, but if you are looking to add passenger pegs and rear seat--not sure how well that would work in terms of routing or comfort. I've never heard the sound, but imagine it would sound similar to other V&H 2-1 exhausts.

Sit on one if you can. The dealer had one fitted and I could not put the bike on the stand without the pipe touching my thigh. I love the look but like my skin more.

 

RSD recommends that you also puchase their "passenger peg relocation kit" when using thre tracker.

 

Are you sure? they have a Peg relocation kit for 2011 48?
I think they have one for Softtail, but do they have one for 48?
