Default fair price for an 883 iron 2010

Is 6700 a fair price for a 2010 883 iron with less than 500 miles?

I'd say it is pretty darn fair. It's basically brand new and should have the entire warranty. Plus, a brand new one is 8k, so that's a pretty nice discount just for last years model.

I'd say yeah, you wouldn't get mine for that much.

Why do people say offer them "cash"? When people try that "negotiating" tactic on me it doesn't work at all because I only sell things for cash. Is really a weak tactic. The barter sytem became extinct years ago when the monitary system was introduced.

Yes that's a good price. I bought mine brand new for $7,500 OTD back in August, and that was one of the cheapest I've seen. Just make sure you get it looked over first!
