Buy some and have them installed.

I'm not trying to be a smart *** here or trying to insult you in saying this. But if you have to ask about something that is that simple mechanically, it tells me that you need to have someone else do it.

If you don't have one already, I strongly suggest you purchase a service manual for your bike...within it you can find most if not any answer to any question that you may find yourself asking! When I first got mine I poured over it like a sumbitch' and was like..."...ah HA!! So that's how that's done!" and "Sheeeeeeit, now that makes perfect sense..." to "Well I'm glad I understand this now so I don't have to give my $$ to the stealership to have such a simple thing done!!"

Going from forwards to mids is usuall a fairly simple proceedure if'n you have some tools and mechanical abilities. If you don't have a service manual but located a set of mids, there are generous amounts of YouTube videos covering the subject, so look it up and all will be revealed. Have fun!

I was t trying to be an ***. Even said that. Just didn't know how to say it without sounding like one. Thicker skin would serve you well.

Sorry if no one here posts you a step by step "even a caveman could do it" instructions on it. It's A self explained 10-15 minute job once you have the new parts in hand. There's no way without extensive machining work and modification to turn a set of forwards into mids. You just buy the mids and install them. Sorry I offended your fragile sensibilities it was not my intention.

I want to put mids and boards on my wife's Breakout for the same reasons as stated above. Does anyone have any sitting around they want rid of?

I can't figure out how to send a PM on here. They are coming off a 2013 Forty Eight. Never mind, I'm a new member and cannot use messaging yet.
