How much were those HD drag bars? I'm curious. Because they look exactly like the 32" ones I got off Ebay for $30 shipped hehe.

Default Proper Sag

Yeah that front end Like My dual disk brake Roadster Is heavy, Lots of
Un sprung weight there.

I cured mine with a bit of extra preload and different fork Oil.
My Roadster Is NOT a low model, I was at 50% Sag,,,suppose to be
1/4 to 1/3 of full travel, lower frame rails level,,while yer on the bike.

I added just 3/4" front preload, 3/4" sedule 40 PVC pipe,,, a perfect fit.
It leveled my chassis up, corrected my sag, and vastly Improved
the ride.
Note: I went with 20 wt fork Oil,,,that was fine for Florida's Hot HOT
summer, got a bit stiff come fall.
changed to 10 wt,,much better now,,BUT always a BUT
I need an extra 1/4" more preload I think,,,

Nice lookin scoot.
I noticed you had the Diamond Black Peg Collections. I've got the same on mine.
If you're interest you can use a Dyna diamond black brake pedal pad on your 48.
You just have to drill a hole in your pedal pad and bolt the black diamond one on.
Pretty easy to do and completes the black diamond look.

Here's an older pic of my bike so you get an idea of what it looks like.

Mr. mparrish2010: I signed up, to be able to interact on this forum about the sportster 48, which I own. For some particular reason I cannot open up the IMG 5 pictures you have posted. I have great interest in installing the new satin black drag bar and the collection series diamond black throttle cable assembly, clutch cable and front brake lines. Can you please provide the HD part numbers for the 3 diamond series cables and lines, that you replaced when you install the new drag bar. I can see the picture when I do not log in, but when I do, I cannot see your posted pictures, why?. Also how much of a drop and forward lean have you noticed since you switch to the drag bars, and are these new diamond series cables shorter than the stock cables, and if so by how much?

Thanks, best regards
