Default 2:1 Blackoutt & Mustang Seat

This is a great week. Got my 2:1s on Sunday and my new seats arrived today. Put the Mustang Tripper Solo and rear seat on when I got home from work.

Took the boy out for his first ride through our sub division. I think I will be searching out a small sissy bar for him though. He had a death grip on me, but I'd like him to be able to relax without worring about flying off the back on a takeoff.

That exhaust looks nice. I've ridden as a passenger w/out a sissy bar and it was an uncomfortable experience...plus my back really hurt from being stuck in one position, it's a good idea for the little one!
Plus...it's always fun to buy new parts for your bike...lol

Looks like I will need the sissybar. As for fun, yeah! Getting stuff is fun, but also expensive. Just got forwards, passenger pegs, solo and rear seats as well as pipes. Not sure I can

Look up my thread on installing them .. added a video of the initial fireup.

Bottom line, they rock. Great bass sound, no popping. They do get hot though! Damn hot!!! Burnt my jeans yesterday at a redlight. Didn't realize they were touching til I smelled it.

No fire. Just burned a brown circle.

Just wrapped mine with DEI titanium wrap. They're still hot, but not unbearably so.

Was thinking about wrapping these too. Actually want to make heat shields, but will wrap if I cannot get an indy to bend up some pipe at a good price
