Default Heat resistant rust converter

I inspected my exhaust today and discovered some rust in areas that are normally not visible.
Most of rust removers out there are meant to use as primers. I'm looking for a rust converter - converter works a little differently.
Anybody knows a rust converter that can be used on exhaust?

Right, but if they are not rusted off yet would you try and extend their life?
BTW, my adblock is good, no banners whatsoever .... searched for Interstate Products under Vendors ... nothing. Google, here I come ...

There is no magic solution for rust. All you can do is clean it off. I use SOS brillo pad. Works great if it is just spots of surface rust.

I would want to prolong the life but you dont know if this converter stuff can take the heat of the pipes.
I have some rusting under the bike where it goes on my jack and under the front fender and under the seat. i try to clean and then cover up with some model paint but mqaybe i'll give this stuff a try. my GF has a big black jeep and her custom bumper has some rust spots. I'll test it out on her baby before I touch mine
