Default CARB Q's-DYNOJET RELATED....

Ok here goes..

I am in the process of installing a 1250 (got the motor assembled, down to the carb rebuild). I found the following parts installed:

DJ emulsion tube w/ 170 jet
45 Slow
Slide has been drilled, so I am assuming the DJ mods were done, and the spring is the "lighter" one...
The needle has NO id marks (numbers or letters), had 6 grooves, with a clip on the 3rd one up and 2 shims.

I have ordered a stock Keihin emulsion tube as I have a 185 jet I was going to install, but now I am wondering if I should even go forward with retrofitting the keihin emulsion tube and 185 jet. I cannot find anyone who sells the DJ jets individually, and I hear that the DJ jets aren't really even the same values, ie, a 175 in keihin, is a 210 in the DJ realm??

So, should I, CAN I, use the stock keihin emulsion tube/jets with the DJ needle and adjust the shims/clip location? Or Revert back to a straight Keihin set-up, even though the slide has an extra hole drilled in it??

Here is a list of parts in my possesion:

NOKH & N65C needles
Keihin emulsion tube w/175, 180, 185 jets
42, 45, 48 Slow jets
the DJ needle with 2 shims on it.

ANY insight appreciated....
