Default 883-1200 Conversion

Started stripping my '04 883 for the 1200 conversion. Upgrade will be 1200 jugs, Andrews N3 cams, SE A/C, V&H Straightshots w/ Quiet Baffles (maybe), carb rejet. Haven't made a decision on the ICM yet. I'm looking for a set of 04-06 1200 heads in good shape. I could send my 883 heads off to Headquarters or buy OEMs but those options are yet to be determined. More coming.........

Are you using stock 1200 flat top pistons or reverse dome pistons? We also can do the work on the 883 heads to accommodate the 1200 conversion. There are several options, if you would like to know more feel free to give us a call at the number below.

The reverse dome pistons are designed to be used with the 883 heads. Using them with 1200 heads will dramatically decrease your compression ratio. The reverse dome is used to compensate for the smaller combustion chambers on the 883.
