Hello, did a search but didnt come up with anything. Does the front spoiler "chin spoiler" do anything? or is it just for looks? just curious. Thanks

This one from HD for example.

Well, as of this week mine holds the power block and relay for my new aux lights, GPS, and camera. Other than that, nah,,, it's just for looks and storing dead bugs.

I think its just a look thing. I really don't know what the functionality would be beyond that.

Some might argue that it aids in aero dynamics, but since its an air cooled engine, those peoples are retards. Others might say that it directs air flow to the engine for better cooling. But since it's an open engine on the frame. That doesn't work either. So plan and simply. It's for looks

On a drag bike it adds downforce to help keeping the front end on the ground during high speed runs.
On a street bike it helps to push "some" air up towards the cylinder to aid cooling while rolling down the road, but mainly as stated -- it's for looks

Just for looks and keeping dirt off the front of the frame. Even so, I put one on my 1200C.
