yes sir it is it's a T-4 flange with a 25mm turbo on it. making 9psi at 5800 RPMS

heres the mod list

25mm turbo
V-rod injectors
PCV
Dyno Tuned here at my shop.
26 tooth Baker race pully.
And also have a custom set of cams

Edit- Forgot some stuff

Screaming eagle clutch packs
Stock heads but has them flowed on the bench before and after porting and polishing i haned 14% flow just by that.

Heres a video this was before it had exhaust on it. at about 1min you can really hear the turbo. i was also making sure the oil was draing correctly
