It was a blustery cold 52 degrees today. I actually felt a little chilled when I got to work after my 25 mile ride. I am originally from the east and I KNOW what cold and snow is all about...just thought I would poke a little fun at those of you who are really having some cold weather...of course my son told me that he was riding the other day in t shirt in Salt Lake City. Gotta pick your days and temps and keep on riding.

 

It is 4 degrees celsius right now but cooling down to 2 degrees celsius by morning here in Chatham Ontario. Soon the snow will be here.

 

Left out Saturday morning about 7 am.... 68 degrees....

Going home at about 6pm 39 degrees.... was a popsicle by time I got there...

Dang that's cold at 75mph... lol

Well your 52* would have felt like 41* at 75 mph, so thats a touch cold.

the 39* would have felt like 21* brrrr

and I rode in 32* the other day which flelt like 11* aka: where the heck did my testes go? cold!

Crazy how the ratio works.

 

I'm down in Sierra Vista and it was about 50 this morning riding to work.
It was a balmy 70 (or so) going home though....

Oh man, I'm glad you are joking! I had a brand new a$shole all ready to tear for ya. Been riding in to work in 30 degrees plus or minus for weeks.

 

It's not the cold up here in the Pacific NW, it's the humidity. Our humidity chooses to come sideways, in sheets....

 

Rode to work yesterday in hurricane force winds and and heavy rain. On my way home had tree branches and roof shingles flying past me. Still enjoyed the ride.

 

I bought my bike a few days ago. The next morning I rode my bike to work. 39 degrees and 45 mph winds. Everyone thought I was nuts.lol. Yes in Dallas Texas.
