Default guardian bell

My friend bought me my first guardian bell several years ago. but 2 months ago i had to lay my bike down for a woman in a huge SUV. ive heard that if you have an accident you should remove the bell and bury it. is this true? or do i keep my same bell. thanks for the help.

I just had a guardian bell given to me by somebody, and in some ways, I am superstitious. If something like that happened to me, and I survived, I would keep mine on, maybe just move it somewhere closer to the pavement.

Never ever "lay a bike down" Brakes and rubber stop you faster than steel, paint and body parts.

My Nightster came with one of those guardian bells but I just cut it off. I have a better guardian, his name is God!
