I have to buy a new rear indicator. Trouble is what I have is not what is shown on the Parts List for my bike. I bought it 12 years old with 1205 miles on. VIN is correct as is colour etc. The indicators I am supposed to have, each have a 5/16" or 1/4" UNF threaded hole to mount the casing on a stud. However the ones I have are different. They have a 7/16" plain hole and mount with a "top-hat" chrome bush and washer on a 3/8" UNC long hex hd bolt, same both sides. The right side has been replaced before but the left side seems to be untouched and original. No dealers can identify what OEM part # my rear indicators are? Tried V-Twin, J&P, H-D. I am waiting for H-D to get back to me as to the OEM part # they installed when they built it. Any one have a clue as this Part # or H-D make model they are from perhaps? Thanks
