Default Speedo Relocate for $3.00

So I just put some new Biltewell bars and risers on my Iron. I decided that I hated the speedo where it was I looked around on the internet and found a couple relocation brackets and also some other DIY methods. The brackets go for about 100$ and the people who are using the DIY method are typically spending around $20-30 on gauge clamps at their local pepboys or w.e. Well I'll show you pics of mine and I did it all for 3 bucks All I did was go to lowes and buy a 3" PVC clamp. I cut it to size. Painted it black. Put a piece of 3" rubber I had laying around the garage, and then mounted it to gas tank. Took me a half hr. Cheap. Looks good. Couldnt be happier. How I have mine I can easily see 0-100mph

Hope this help you guys who want to relocate your speedo save a couple bucks!

Looks good, how's it hold up with vibrations and wind? Being in Kansas I can easily hit head winds of 20-40 miles an hour so at 70 well you can do the math

Ill post some pics of bars right after i give the bike a much need cleaning. and as for dummy lights havent decided what i'm going to do with them. right now i have it tucked under the risers out of sight, but you still can see glow from the dummy lights especially at night. idno i may just keep it like that
