I won't even put a passenger on my Sporty. But FYI, mounting a hitch on ANY HD voids the warranty per Adventure HD service dept. I wanted to put a Reese hitch on my RK for flag mount during PGR missions. But, as you can see, went with detachable tourpak rack instead for this reason.

Scene a guy on a yellow (big Honda touring bike) once when down in a Florida ralley.
He was towing a well made color matched coffin trailer that even had some airbrush work on it.
Seemed very secure and rolled well.
It looked good for carrying stuff and if empty might make for a place to lay down.
Not to my liking but it was torpedo shaped !

Currently also looking into Trailer Hitch (and trailer - tent - mini tear drop) trailer solutiosn for my XL 1200 C . Already worried about tongue wait and hard stopping with added weight.... But I also want to take my dog with me on road trips.

Haven't found anything convincing yet!

You pulling this with an 883 or 1200? So far I haven't seen any of your pics. Maybe I'm the only one?
