I have Screamin Eagle II now and Id like to swap to something better looking and louder.

Ive always liked the big raduis and long slash or slasher style pipes. I have saddle bags and Im not sure if the Long pipes will look right. I know the long pipes would look good but Id like to compare before I change mine.

If you have either set up with ot with out bags PLEASE POST PICS!


I cant really tell from vids about the sound differences. I know the drag pipes are loud and cheap, I like them too but If I can have a comparibly loud slasher or big radious with heat shields, thats what Id like to do.

Please help me out

Cycle Shack makes some good slash cut slip-ons...they sound good and are reasonably priced.

I like my amendments. They have a very nice sound. They do drag though, but all bars that style/length do. If your bike doesn't have larger shocks.

Only bad thing I can say is if you get the ones with the black heat shield the one on the rear cylinder I haven't found a hose clamp that can hold up with the bend angle and heat. The first one always splits in half, the other 5 clamps are fine though.

I like those Amendments. They even have the picture on my bike. How do they sound with out the baffles?

I like the way the slash pipes go all the way to the back of the bike.

 

What do you mean without the baffles? I'm not sure they have removable baffles. Either way they're loud, nice deep rumble. But you won't be a guy that nobody wants to ride next to.
