Default Speedo recalibration

Ive got a taller than stock rear tire. I figured my first tank since all the mods and Im down to 41 mpg, all around town. But with the taller rear I know Im actually going further than indicated. Is it possible to re-calibrate it to the new tire? I did this on a mid 90s Bronco I had by grounding an ECU pin and playing with the tripmeter button.

How much taller? I remember reading about this on my jeep when I moved to 235 as opposed to 225s. Say I went 100 miles on the 225s on the 235s it was like 99.6 miles. It was a stupid low difference not even worth worrying about.
