Anyone running a Roland Sands gas cap - cafe in particular?

Looking into getting the Roland Sands café Chrome gas cap but I am not sure if it is one piece or has a racheting mechanisim to allow it to be straight with the tank.

Anyone have a Roland Sands cap?
