Wanted to do a primary fluid change, just read that Harley does not make the Sport-Trans fluid any longer. I've got a 1991, what are my options for primary fluid?
Also, my service manual lists the capacity at 1.5 pints (24 ounces) on the spec page, but on the service directions it says 40 ounces, that's 1.25 quarts in my world.

I'm a cheap SOB. It's an occupational hazard, not out of necessity. If you are going to put a lot of miles on a bike, an extra dollar here and there for good fluids is a wise investment.
I use rotella t 15w-40 conventional diesel oil in my primary. It has the JASO rating which means it's safe for wet clutches. And not as costly as other fluids.

And that info is not only totally irrelevant in the Sportster section, but potentially dangerous if read by a newbie that doesn't realize that you don't have a clue what you're doing posting here.
