v-factor exhaust

Does anyone know about V-Factor exhaust pipes for sportsters, Dennis Kirk has drag pipes for $75.00 and was considering them for the wifes sportster. My main question is heat shields, will OEM fit on them? Any other input welcome.(03 883C) thanks in advance for any replies.
