Default Handlebar Risers anyone?

Hey everyone, I was wondering who on here runs handlebar risers and if you like them. Im tired of having a sore back after riding long distances and I am not very fond of ape hangers.

Im 6'3" and ride an 883 with a sundowner seat(noticed it puts me about 2 inches higher than the stock seat did). I want more of a flat reach instead of having to reach down to grab my bars.

thanks

I'm running 4 1/2" pullbacks with my drag bars. Wouldn't trade them for anything!

I've got some 4" or 4.5" pull back risers and a set of drag bars I'll sell you for $35 shipped if you want them. It would be an inexpensive way of trying something different. I pulled them off a Sportster I bought last week to replace them with a set of brass risers and flat track bars.

I'm 6'2" and ride and 08 883XL. With the stock bars I would get a kink in my back on the 10 mile ride to work. All I did to fix this is add 1" risers and adjust the bars back towards me as far as they can go.
For the risers I went to lowes and bought some long grade 8 bolts and the appropriate spacers. DK customs sells them for under $30, but I'm impatient and cheap so I went the lowes route.
To pull the bars back all I had to do was loosen the 4 bolts on the handlebar/speedo clamp and adjust handlebars as necessary and then retighten everything. I had to adjust the throttle and brake clusters slightly after doing this since it placed the levers at an akward angle but this is simple to do also.
After these slight mods it was a total night and day difference. I can do 100 miles in a day not have any problems with the back.
