New A/C and Drag pipes time for rejetting

They will, but I recommend you tell them which jets you want with the kit. The jets are pretty cheap, so I would specify the 45 and 180 as a start and if you want to be sure you have the bases covered add a 175 and 185 just in case the main jet needs a little more or less. The 45 pilot should work fine.

I would go with the jets at your local HD shop. I have the stock needle and paid about $5 or $6 per jet if I remember correctly (I bought a 175 main jet at the same time for a different project. My bike had a 180 main in it when I bought it). 180 main and 45 pilot should get you right where you need to be. I live in metro Atlanta so our jetting should be similar. I run the same jetting as listed above and have V&H Straight Shots with a Hi flow air filter and the bike is a 2005 1200 Custom. 2.25 turns out on my mixture screw.

I've read every "rejet" result on here, and they all seem to point to a 45 slow and 180 main + 2.5 turns out on the a/f screw, when you have a stage 1 ac and drags. IIRC, the 180 is stock for my 2005 883c, and I just ordered a 45 and 46 (just in case) from cvp. Planning on doing the rejet as soon as they come in.
SouthernGent, how'd your rejet go? any hiccups or advice? (I know you have a 1200, but still...)
