I have installed a set of mini apes on my nightster. I have installed Burly 12in cable kit. The clutch cable bows all the way over to the throttle side. I have measured the cable housing which is 66 in. I need to find out what length is the 72 clutch cable or what length are people using.

 

Ummm, maybe contact Burly and see what they recommend, or whoever you bought your cables and bars from?

what height mini apes did you get? Also if you end up getting a shorter cable, i might be interested in buying yours as im going taller on my apes this winter. BTW I have 10" apes on my 48 with stock length cable

 

I used a stock cable on my old 12" minis and 2'in risers. The cable was a bit too small. I went to a local motorcycle repair shop and bought a used cable for $5.00. I recently went to 16" apes with the 2" risers and measured my five dollar cable to see if I had to get another one. My cable measured 63 " and works perfect with the 16s

 

My handle bars are 12 in mini apes. The Burly cable are 66 inches. Harley 72 clutch cable is 61.75. I have ordered stock 72 lenght cable. So I have two burly clutch cables for sale

 

Can anyone tell me stock length of the following cables/lines on a 2012 Sportster 72?

Clutch (it looks like 61.75")
Throttle and idle
Brake line

Do you still have the clutch cable. I have a 2010 48 with 12” mini apes!! I need a cable bad!! Lol

 

That was a long time ago over 8 years. So the answer is no. Sorry
