Hi guys,

I am a new owner of a 2010 883 Iron, and I am just in love with my new bike. Speechless

I have some mods that have crossed my mind to do on the bike, and the first thing I would like to do is to add a passenger seat, pillion ( don't know the right word for it, I am from Brazil ).

I have done some research over the internet, and I didn't found the kind of passenger seat I am looking for, what I most like on my bike are the clean look and all of its curves, and I don't want to lose it.

So, I have crossed by this 883 Italy 883 Iron Special Edition

Its perfect, so, I was wondering if any of you guys know some site over the internet, local dealer, ebay ... that could have a similar seat/pillion, like that one.

yep,
that is the 48 seat, I was able to order one from ebay

 

Did you have to change the original Brazilian solo seat in order to make this pad fit?

 

No, the pillion can only be installed with the 48 seat, the standard 883 iron seat uses both screw roles, therefore needs to be removed

ps: there is a pin beneath the pillion in that picture, when I ordered the pillion the pin did't came with the package so I needed to find a replacement in a local bike shop

 

So I guess I only have two good options: 48 pilot solo seat + 48 passenger pad OR Badlander seat. Any other option looks terrible, right?
